Gary Blagden

Chief Executive Officer – Gary Blagden entered the aged care industry, in 2007, following decades of service within the Adventist School System where he served as a teacher, principal and State Director. As an experienced administrator, Gary remains passionate about the care, support and success of people. He is currently enthusiastic about the redevelopment of Rossmoyne Waters and the exciting opportunities that these works are delivering to seniors who are enjoying retirement living and residential aged care

Daniel Gallop

Village Manager – Daniel Gallop commenced with Adventist Care in 2015 conducting the Sales & Marketing of Stage 1 – Australis. Upon building completion, moved into the Village Managers role for Rossmoyne Waters. Daniel has a genuine desire and interest to work with people in a senior’s focused environment and deliver excellent service to village residents with an enthusiastic energy. He is always looking to introduce further services and activities to this very happy, unique boutique village. He is committed to Resident satisfaction as well as dedicated to improving their lifestyle. He treats residents like extended family, with respect, compassion & care.

Brian Chapman

Financial Controller – Brian Chapman joined Adventist Care in 2021 after holding a Board Director role for the organisation for seven years. Brian has held a number of senior financial positions for many years in a number of sectors including health, education, construction and private practice. He is committed to adding value to organisations and passionate about improving services and customer experiences as well as ensuring sustainability of organisations.

Helen Hunter

Residential Aged Care Facility Manager – Helen Hunter entered the aged care industry, in 2004. As an experienced Registered Nurse, Helen has contributed to the industry as a Nurse, a Clinical Educator and Facility Manager. She remains passionate about the delivery of quality care in a homely environment.

Pastor Gervais Cangy

Head Chaplain – Pastor Gervais Cangy has served in various capacities in the WA SDA Conference for the past 23 years. A native of Mauritius, Gervais holds a Masters degree in Counselling from Curtin Univ as well as three Masters degrees in Theology and Ministry. He is also a graduate of Murdoch Univ. School of Education. Gervais is a History buff and has a passion for Biblical studies, modern languages and ...English soccer!

Sonja Mouton

Human Resources Manager – Sonja Mouton started her career in Human Resources Management in 2005. She joined the Adventist care team in 2021 in an initial temporary capacity, which turned into a permanent opportunity. She strives to provide support and advice within all levels of the business to build on and maintain operational success.
